Acceptable Use Policy
Twin Browser is built for authorized automation. This policy defines the line, and you are responsible for staying on the right side of it.
Last updated · June 27, 2026
1. Authorization is required
You may only direct the engine at hosts you own or are explicitly authorized to automate. The target URL you provide in a run is your representation and warranty that you hold that authorization and all rights necessary to access and automate that target. Obtaining and maintaining it is your responsibility, and you are responsible for every target you direct the engine at and everything done under your keys.
We rely on that representation. Twin Browser does not pre-screen, monitor, or verify the targets you select or whether you hold the necessary rights, and we assume that you do. You are solely responsible for your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twin Browser declines and disclaims all responsibility and liability for misuse of the service — including any unauthorized, unlawful, or infringing access to a target — and that responsibility is yours alone.
2. Prohibited uses
- Accessing systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access.
- Circumventing authentication, authorization, or access controls without permission.
- Violating a target site’s terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.
- Denial-of-service, mass-abuse, fraud, spam, or other harmful activity.
- Harvesting personal data unlawfully, or processing it without a lawful basis.
- Using the service to build or operate tooling whose primary purpose is unauthorized intrusion.
3. Capabilities and responsible use
The platform includes capabilities such as proxy egress, CAPTCHA solving, stealth, and credential vaulting. These exist to make authorized automation reliable. Using them against targets you are not authorized to access — or to evade controls without permission — is a violation of this policy, regardless of the technical means.
4. Security & integrity
- Do not attempt to breach or probe the security of the service or other tenants.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Report vulnerabilities responsibly to security@twin-browser.com.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, our users, and third parties. Serious or unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
