1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (or the entity you represent) and Twin Browser. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. The service
Twin Browser provides an authenticated browser-execution engine, API, dashboard, and related integrations. We may update, add, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts & API keys
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys.
- API keys are shown once at creation; you are responsible for activity under your keys.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
4. Acceptable use & authorization
You may only direct the engine at targets you own or are otherwise authorized to automate. Obtaining and maintaining that authorization is your responsibility, and you are responsible for the targets you direct the engine at. Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
By directing the engine at a target, you represent and warrant that you hold all authorization and rights necessary to access and automate it. We rely on that representation and do not pre-screen, monitor, or verify your targets or your rights — we assume you hold them. You are solely responsible for your use of the service and its consequences. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twin Browser disclaims all responsibility and liability for any misuse of the service, including any unauthorized, unlawful, or infringing access and any breach of a third party’s terms, rights, or applicable law arising from your use.
5. Credits & billing
- The service is metered in usage credits. Paid actions reserve credits and settle to actual usage.
- Credit purchases and subscriptions are billed through our payment provider.
- Except where required by law, fees and purchased credits are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing prospectively; the current rate card is published at /pricing.
6. Customer data & skills
You retain ownership of the data you submit and the skills you compile. You grant us the rights necessary to operate the service. Sanitized skill skeletons may contribute to the shared corpus as described in the Privacy Policy and security page; your values, credentials, and exact paths are never shared.
7. Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Twin Browser and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with them.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twin Browser will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Twin Browser and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the service, (b) the targets you direct the engine at, (c) your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or (d) your violation of any law or any third-party right, including any unauthorized or unlawful access to a target.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or as needed to protect the service or others.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Twin Browser is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Specific governing law and venue will be set out in your order form or the final published version of these Terms.
